ENERGY TRANSITION
European Liquid Gas Congress 2025 – Katowice
At the European Liquid Gas Congress 2025, held in Katowice from 20 to 22 May, the international conversation focused on the urgent need to scale up renewable and decentralized energy solutions. Among the key highlights, BioLPG stood out as one of the most viable tools to decarbonize strategic sectors such as heating, heavy-duty transport, and off-grid industry.
Throughout the event, BioLPG was acknowledged for its drop-in compatibility with existing LPG infrastructure, its cost-effectiveness, and its immediate impact on CO₂ reduction. Alongside it, renewable DME (rDME) was also discussed as a complementary molecule that could enhance availability and resilience in the renewable liquid gas value chain.
